UHF FHSS Downlink of Milstar, a Unites States joint military service satellite communications system that provides secure, jam resistant, worldwide communications.

Milstar (Military Strategic and Tactical Relay) is a constellation of military communications satellites in geosynchronous orbit. Those are operated by the United States Air Force and they provide secure jam-resistant worldwide communications so that they meet the requirements of the Armed Forces of the United States. Six spacecraft were launched between 1994 and 2003 and two are operational. Milstar was built and developed by Lockheed Martin’s Missile and Space Corporation for the United States Department of Defense.
